Self-management is all about being proactive and taking responsibility for your mental wellbeing. It may take the form of going for a walk to reduce stress or watching a funny movie, or it may go as far as participating in interactive CBT activities online that help you to change negative thought patterns and behaviour and improve your coping skills.
