Centre for Clinical Intervention
A specialist state-wide program that is administered through North Metropolitan Health Services in Western Australia.  CCI offer a clinical service for adults suffering from anxiety, mood and eating disorders.

Control Your Drinking Online: A Web-Based Self Change Program
This free and confidential online program is designed to help you control your drinking. It is run by the Australian Centre for Addiction Research.

Counselling Online
CounsellingOnline is a free service for those seeking help with their own drug use or the drug use of a family member, relative or friend where they can communicate with a professional counsellor, using text-interaction.

Daddy Dash – Managing stress
Created for Mensline Australia, this simple and fun online interactive game which teaches you how you can manage your stress. It includes useful information to help men look after themselves and their family relationships.

Around the clock online peer support for you to talk about depression in a safe, supportive and anonymous environment  depressioNet provides information, help and peer support to people in the community impacted by depression. The peer support service is facilitated through an email service, message boards and live chat.
Peer Support at depressioNet operates 24 hours a day, please remember that we are not a professional mental health service and cannot provide emergency assistance.
