I have been practicing as a psychologist since 1975.  I draw my experience from a number of settings including schools, outpatient child development clinics, hospitals and various agencies, government and non-government.
I offer a personal and confidential service based on mutual trust.

In attempting to help you I hope to develop an understanding of your background and what you believe is contributing to the current difficulties.

Together we will explore patterns of thinking and behaving that have developed over time, examine how these may affect mood and behaviour and how these patterns can be changed.
