Pamela uses a variety of coaching, counselling and therapeutic techniques according to your specific needs. These can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Biofeedback Therapy, Rapid Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy, Motivational Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Performance Coaching, Life Skills Coaching, Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Coaching for Successful Adaptive Behaviour, Co-Active Coaching. Pamela also teaches relaxation skills, effective and efficient coping skills, and sense of coherence techniques to minimise the effects of stress and strengthen emotional resilience. Pamela consults to individuals, couples, groups or corporates on WorkCover issues related to depression, motivation, mental health concerns, performance problems, organisational climate, stress and emotional wellbeing.
