Her approach involves five steps: [1] an exploration of your specific situation, your unique needs and your commitment and capacity to change; [2] a detailed diagnosis and feedback session to examine your way of being in the world and any issues that need to be addressed; [3] working with you to develop a personalised treatment and action plan that will help you move forward; [4] counselling, coaching and/or therapy supported with appropriate tools, reference material, and personal development journals; [5] regular evaluation and review of your progress with support, encouragement, and celebrations as each milestone is reached.

Pamela uses a variety of coaching, counselling and therapeutic techniques according to your specific needs. These can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Biofeedback Therapy, Rapid Eye Movement Desensitisation Therapy, Motivational Counselling, Relationship Counselling, Performance Coaching, Life Skills Coaching, Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Coaching for Successful Adaptive Behaviour, Co-Active Coaching. Pamela also teaches relaxation skills, effective and efficient coping skills, and sense of coherence techniques to minimise the effects of stress and strengthen emotional resilience.
