I see people of all ages, lifestyles and cultures, requiring professional psychological services, or just someone to talk to.  I have used personal growth and awareness tools since 1968, and skilfully combine techniques used in counselling, clinical and health psychology, creative and expressive therapies, cognitive, behavioural and interpersonal therapies, meditation and hypnotherapy.  These techniques are tailored to suit individual requirements. I am culturally sensitive, warm-hearted and caring.
