Lindsay's theoretical approach would be called eclectic.  That is, he employs different tools from the schools of client centred, rational emotive and cognitive behavioural to assist the client through their individual issues, pressures and problems within their life.

Lindsay offers counselling outside normal business hours and when necessary will visit clients in their homes.
