I am a caring, empathetic and supportive therapist.  I respect the confidentiality of my work with clients.
I am available for my clients when they feel they need my support out of hours.

My areas of expertise include; depression, anxiety, panic attacks, life coaching, life changes, couples therapy, trauma therapy and anger management.

My approach to treatment is cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, imaginal exposure - to facilitate recovery from trauma, used to manage generalised anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias and panic attacks.  I teach mindfulness (meditation) and relaxation skills.  I have had 15 years of experience as a Counselling Psychologist.

My working environment have been carefully structured to be bright, comfortable and inviting.

Hours and Days of Availability

Monday         8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday        9:00am - 8:00pm
Wednesday   9:00am - 8:00pm
Thursday       8:00am - 7:00pm
(I will see people outside my times, as above, at times of emergencies).
 
Fee per session

Sessions are $130 for 1 hour.
