Jo-Anne is a registered psychologist with twenty years experience in individual and relationship therapy and uses a variety of techniques tailored to suit the needs of the client including, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and EMDR.
Jo-Anne has a particular interest in the treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder and trauma which may often be interrelated.

She has experience in working with individuals and groups in organisations for mediation, counselling and training.  She has facilitated workshops in depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma, conflict resolution, change management and interpersonal skills.

• Masters of Social Science (Counselling)
