Graham is a psychologist who has worked in a number of community agencies and organisations, in a variety of positions.  These include Problem Gambling Counsellor, Family Counsellor, Drug and Alcohol Counsellor, Student Counsellor (tertiary) and Victims of Crime Counsellor.  He now works in private practice with adults and adolescents who are affected by depression and other issues.

Graham provides a caring practice that allows people to explore their concerns in an accepting and supportive environment.  Counselling with Graham offers the opportunity to develop more effective ways of managing overwhelming feelings.

Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the primary approach used in counselling.  CBT examines people's unhelpful thinking to assist with shifting difficult emotions and behaviours.  This approach is especially effective in treating depression.   Techniques from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed and Narrative approaches may also be used.

Hours and Days of Availability:

Ringwood on Tuesdays and Wantirna South on Fridays, between 10am and 5pm.  After-hours appointments may be offered in Ringwood on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, and in Wantirna South on Friday evenings.
