I am committed to providing a caring and high quality psychological service that supports people in their unique life journey and enhances both their psychological and physical health and wellbeing.

I enjoy working with and supporting people who are facing challenges associated with changes across their life, such as marriage, pregnancy, childbirth, parenting and retirement.  During these times I support clients in their journey to becoming the person that they want to be, and living the kind of life they want to live that is reflective of their own values and personal sense of meaning.

I have particular interest and expertise in working with and supporting families facing challenges associated with the transition to parenthood, such as postnatal depression and/or role transition difficulties.

Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays

Fee per session

$110.00 per hour (Medicare Rebates may apply)
