• ARAFEMI Carer's Helpline - (03) 9810 9314 - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - Information and support for relatives and friends of the emotionally and mentally ill.

• Beyondblue Information Line – 1300 224 636 – 24/7 Phone service offering information about depression and anxiety, and for referrals to healthcare professionals and community health services.

• Lifeline’s Just Ask – 1300 131 114 – 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday – Information and referral for people affected by mental health issues. Information includes relevant local services, as well as links to books and websites.

• SANE Helpline – 1800 18 72 36 - 9am-5pm weekdays - Information and advice
