depressioNet is not a crisis service and is unable to provide urgent assistance. These are the resources that you, or anyone that you believe is in crisis can use to keep safe if you have the intention to suicide or self harm. Please seek help immediately! Please be aware that all applications to depressioNet services may take up to seven working days to process.

1. Ring LIFELINE: 13 11 14 or a crisis counselling service in your state immediately

2. Get a friend, family member or neighbour to be with you

3. Ring your doctor or other healthcare professional

4. Ring an ambulance: 000

5. Get yourself to your nearest hospital (if you are unable to drive yourself, call an ambulance, taxi or friend or neighbour to help you)
