Online self-help program for Bipolar Disorder: MoodSwings
A free online self-help prgram for bipolar disorder is now available:
As a way of addressing these barriers, researchers at the University of Melbourne in conjunction with Barwon Health have developed a self-help online intervention known as MoodSwings. This program is based on an effective face-to-face group intervention. To determine the effectiveness of MoodSwings, the researchers are looking for people with bipolar disorder to help evaluate this online program. |
