SEEKING VOLUNTEERS

Are you currently using complementary and alternative medicines or therapies?

We want to hear from you if using complementary and alternative medicines (CAMs) and therapies has been either a positive or negative experience for you. Little is known about why people use CAMs to help with their depression. We would like to learn more about your personal experiences and attitudes towards CAMs. You will help improve the relationship between people who use CAMs and the health care system.

WHO CAN ENROL?

  • Over 18 years of age and resident of Australia
  • Used CAMs for at least one month to treat depression

WHAT WILL IT INVOLVE?

  • Sharing your experience and attitudes with us in a one-to-one phone interview
  • Anything you say will be kept confidential

Around the clock online peer support for you to talk about depression in a safe, supportive and anonymous environment  depressioNet provides information, help and peer support to people in the community impacted by depression.
