Am I You?

To feel alone in today?s world is sad
To express amounts of anger and to feel and embrace the bad
To have the hurt sleep and wake with you
To look for medication just to get through
To feel your friends and family becoming strangers
To be labeled " off limits " and also Danger
To breathe bad air and walk on toiled soil
To watch your animals become less loyal
To feel the wrath of your past
To feel your steps become less fast
To examine your soul and look for the hurt
To have your senses becoming less alert
To lose interest in family, friends and work
To wish for the comfort of the earths dirt
To close your mind, body and spirit to the good
To bow your head and hide under a hood
To feel your touch becoming less fragile
To tread the life journey as if it is miles
To feel your eyelids become like concrete
Fighting to open your mind is a terrible feat
To feel like a joke, fat or ugly
To watch your future become more lonely
To push your loved ones into the hills
To constantly fight your mind with all your will
To imagine breathing and living someone elses life
To be a good child, husband or wife
To fall to sleep with the comfort of tears
And to be jolted back up with a thrashing fear

Do you go through these feelings too???

If so,

Welcome as I am with you....
