Stumbling onto the depressioNet site in a desperate search for help one night... has been my saviour.

In the twisted and tormented state of mind, where isolation, lack of insight and understanding beat at your very being... there it was.
A message board so overwhelmingly full of questions and answers i could immediately identify with. Somewhere to pour out the anguish residing inside..somewhere to seek advice, somewhere to be 'me'.

With huge courage to enter the unknown territory of a chat room, with the click of a button, there was a room full of heart felt welcoming. A room where hands reached out, to keep you afloat, in the midst of drowning.

The days where i am not consumed, i am now able to offer some of the insight i have gained from depressioNet, to those seeking support. I now welcome new members into the chat room, and offer my heart and my hand to them, if at all i can help them in any small way. This is the depressioNet community..a saving grace..a life support to those, trying to live.

Thank you depressioNet.
